Hi, I’m Sydney, a Fitness & Nutrition Editor and Fitness Instructor living my life to the fullest in Los Angeles, CA.

I’ve had a love affair with fitness ever since I could move. I’m a certified personal trainer with a BS in Kinesiology and my NASM CPT, CES, FNS, and GPTS. You may have caught a class with me on the Sunny Fit app or read my fitness articles on the Sunny Health & Fitness blog and The Edge. I’m excited to continue sharing more of the goods with you here.

Some of my favorite memories were helping (and taste testing) in my mom’s kitchen growing up. Now, I love experimenting with fresh, whole ingredients and creating healthy meals that taste and make me feel good. I can’t wait to share some of my favorite tried-and-true recipes that help fuel all of my adventures.
